Electronic Dog Training Collar
(16 hours)
This class is for K9
handlers that would like to introduce and utilize an electronic collar
(e-collar) or refamiliarize themselves with operating an
e-collar to create a clear and consistent training program for their
police service dog and maximize control.
The class is limited
to ten (10) K9 teams and will include:

History of the electronic collar
-
How
to desensitize the dog to the collar

Finding the correct level of stimulation while in
different drives
-
Connecting the commands and compliance of them with
the electronic collar to the police service dog
Prerequisite:
Class fee $150.00 per person
